Olivia Attwood is set to delve deep into the ever-evolving standards of beauty in her latest instalment of The Price of Perfection. In a previous jaw-dropping episode, the 34 year old former Love Island contestant came face-to-face with men eager for procedures to achieve the "perfect penis."
Now, she's ready to peel back the layers on skin treatments and mummy makeovers. "We touched on brand new subjects," Olivia teases about the upcoming series. "There's just so many different avenues that you can cover, and each one is an education in itself." Whilst sparking fresh debates, Olivia is also returning to a tried-and-tested formula by securing access to yet another live cosmetic procedure—this time witnessing 360 liposuction and a BBL being performed on a patient named Scarlett.

But drama unfolded when the cameras were suddenly barred from filming the entirety of the operation taking place in Turkey, reports the Mirror.
Speaking on this unexpected hiccup, Olivia confessed: "They did change their mind at the absolute final hour, so we just told that story and it's in its truthfulness."
Recalling the tense moment, Olivia admitted: "It was awful. A lot goes into planning these shoots for my team and I. But I was thinking 'this is a massive red flag. Why have they suddenly changed their mind?'"
This season promises even more engaging conversations, featuring exclusive interviews with noted celebs like Lottie Moss, Kate Moss' sister, and Chantelle Connelly from Geordie Shore. Tackling Lottie's experiences also allowed Olivia to address another burning issue close to her heart – weight loss.
Olivia opened up about her intrigue with a weight loss episode, saying, "I was excited about a weight loss episode," and explaining her curiosity: "It's something that we just all hear about so much, but actually I had very little understanding of how it actually works."

She discussed Lottie's hospitalisation after using Ozempic, noting, "It had a lot of press," and shared her desire to delve deeper: "but I wanted to understand more about the detail behind it, why someone so petite would take Ozempic."
Olivia acknowledged the difficulty of discussing such sensitive topics: "It's not an easy conversation to have when she knows she's probably going to receive a fair amount of backlash, but she was really honest. It's important to have those conversations."
Having reversed her breast augmentation and admitting past cosmetic excesses, Olivia, who had her breast augmentation reversed and admitted her lips were 'once too big,'" and is now vocal about the potential risks associated with beauty treatments.
She's become an advocate for informed choices within the beauty industry, stressing the importance of research: "Research the surgeons," and warning against deceptive practices: "You have to be scrupulous with that because some surgeons can delete bad reviews and post fake good ones."
Her key piece of advice reflects on the permanence of some decisions: "Some things aren't reversible, so when you're choosing to do things, don't do it for trend."
