Amazon Prime has just added multiple seasons of what is considered 'TV's most underrated horror series'.

The retail giant have just included the first three instalments of anthology show Channel Zero as part of its offering. Much like the hit FX series of the same genre, it is also an anthology title that tells a different disturbing story with each season.

It ran for a total of four seasons meaning the majority of episodes are now available via Amazon for viewers to rediscover. Each offer a new disturbing story that any horror fan can appreciate.

Season one is subtitled Candle Cove and sees a child psychologist returns to his hometown to determine if his brother's disappearance is somehow connected to a series of similar incidents. It could also be linked to a bizarre children's television series that aired at the same time.

The second season, called No-End House sees a young woman and her group of friends visit a house of horrors only to find themselves questioning whether it is a tourist attraction or something more sinister. While the third instalment, Butcher's Block follows a young woman and her schizophrenic sister move to a city haunted by a series of disappearances.

After suspecting that they may be connected to a baffling rumour, they must work together to discover what is preying on the city's residents. All the storylines for the series are based on popular creepypastas which are are usually defined as horror-related legends or images that have been shared around the Internet.

Many fans still sing the praises for the show and recommend it to all who love the horror genre. With comparisons to similar anthology show, one critic writing for Collider even claimed that " Channel Zero did what American Horror Story couldn't adding: " Channel Zero never lost sight of being an amalgamation of themes, but it did it all while remaining truly terrifying."

They weren't alone as Gamespot shared a similar view and labelled the show as 'one of the best horror TV shows ever". Another reviewer declared it as 'TV's most underrated horror series'. It boasts an overall score of 93% on Rotten Tomatoes with the second and third season managing perfect ratings.

One fan who shared their thoughts on the series posted: "Somewhere between American Horror Story and Stranger Things. Channel Zero provides subtle horrors shared by children around the world. Relying on few jump scares or over-the-top special effects, Candle Cove still delivers spine-tingling terror. For those who prefer chills to thrills, a must watch."

Sharing a similar view another added: "If you loved Stranger Things, check out Channel Zero. It's well-written, expertly directed and creepy as hell. Have to say, I'm hooked. Good stuff."

While a third commented: "Suspenseful and nightmare inducing. This show has serious potential...I hope it continues down this path."
